At rappid., we want to ensure you have the right gear to reach your peak performance. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the gear remains in premium condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
